Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using houndsclo.uk (the "Site") or placing an order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

houndsclo.uk is operated by HOUNDS Clothing Company Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16327237, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street in Covent Garden, London (WC2H 9JQ). HOUNDS Clothing Company Ltd is a subsidiary of, and majority owned by, GRANDFORT HOLDINGS LTD.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials, and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device display. Minor variations do not constitute a fault.
  • Product descriptions, sizing guides, and images are provided for guidance. It remains your responsibility to check sizing information before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or amend any product, limit order quantities, or restrict sales at our discretion, including to prevent suspected resale, fraud, or abuse of promotions.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in [GBP (£)] and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is taken at the point of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.
  • In the unlikely event a product is mispriced due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if payment has been processed, provided the error was obvious and reasonably recognisable as a mispricing.

5. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

  • Your order is an offer to buy. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • A contract between you and HOUNDS is only formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or breach of these Terms), in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping

Dispatch and delivery timings are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including the HOUNDS name, logo, brand marks, product designs, photography, graphics, and written content - is the property of HOUNDS Clothing Company Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or our products without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission;
  • Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in connection with the Site (e.g. reviews, comments, social tags).

10. Accounts

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products;
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the relevant product(s);
  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to courier delays, extreme weather, industrial action, or supply chain disruption.

12. Consumer Rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HOUNDS Clothing Company Ltd in relation to your use of the Site and purchase of products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
